After receiving the product, we recommend that you carefully examine it and try it on in a comfortable atmosphere. If the purchased product does not suit you, you can exchange or return it within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase. The exchange and return of goods are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and are possible provided that the goods are in good condition, i.e. without signs of use, taking into account the preservation of its appearance, packaging, accompanying accessories and receipt.

Please note that not all product categories are subject to exchange and return. In particular, goods with individual application or engraving are not subject to exchange or return.

Items purchased during the final sale, with the corresponding 'Final sale' tag, are also not eligible for exchange or return.
Return shipping in case of exchange or return of goods is paid by the buyer.
